New Images of MTH's Latest Trains

It's easy to get excited when MTH has new products on the way. Every train they release seems to get better than the last, and the latest pictures they've revealed suggest that trend will be continuing for a long time to come.

The following new images of four upcoming trains are absolutely stunning. I can't even pick a favorite, because they're all so full of detail, neat features, and shot on MTH's gorgeous in-house layout. Check out the product descriptions and beautiful pictures straight from MTH below.

The New York Central 4-6-4 Dreyfuss Hudson with it's Art Deco design is an iconic symbol of America in the 1930's . At the lead of the Twentieth Century Limited the Dreyfuss Hudson hearkens back to an age when form did not always follow function. Taking passenger from New York City's Grand Central Terminal Track 34 to Chicago traveling on the New York Central's "Water Level Route" in just sixteen hours the Twentieth Century Limited was toted as the "The World's Most Famous Train" in 1940. So this morning we have a bit of America History from the MTH HO Line The New York Central Twentieth Century Limited Dreyfuss Hudson in 1938 paint scheme.

Our very first completely assembled MTH S Gauge Boxcar has arrived at MTH Electric Trains. It is only a production sample, but it is a beginning. This first MTH S Gauge sample is the Baltimore & Ohio Rebuilt Steel Box Car. This is also the inaugeural 2013 MTH Railroaders Club S Gauge Membership offering. If you are interest in getting this car and becoming a S Gauge Club Member here is a link. I am told we still have a few left to sell.

Continuing with our theme for November and in celebration of our new MTH HO 2014 Volume 1 Catalog coming out this month here is an image of the Southern Pacific 4-8-4 GS-6 Steam Engine.

How about some MTH HO Steam this morning. Featured in the up coming MTH 2014 Volume 1 HO Catalog the Norfolk & Western 4-8-4 Class J Steam Locomotive.

I might have lied before, because I actually do have a favorite. The The New York Central 4-6-4 Dreyfuss Hudson is definitely at the top of my list right now. There's nothing quite like its iconic art deco stylings, and MTH seems to have gotten every detail just right. Any HO layout or collection would be lucky to have that amazing piece added to it.

Not that the other three products featured above are junk! They're all wonderful, especially for the scale. It looks like 2014 is going to be another great year for MTH. I can't wait to see some of these new products in person for the first time! Keep an eye out on the DASH Marketplace for these and other fantastic MTH trains.
